Please do note that these tiers are not required to be followed. You are more than welcome to use the Smogon tiers for battling.

Alright so, some changes can still be made as more battles go on. As for now we'll do some testing every now and then and you are allowed to post here to have your input on the tiers; i.e. suggest some changes. If you do this, please provide some argument to this, and don't just say something like, "Salamence is an Uber! It's broken as f*ck!" or, "charizard 4 ubers HELL YESS!!! hes super c00l and ossm!" Instead, give a few legitimate reasons as to why it belongs within the Uber tier. The tiers are slightly based on Smogon as of now, but other things factor in. Please give your feedback and feel free to let your opinion be heard. The (n) next to the Listings signifies the number of usable Pokémon for that tier, excluding the ones below it.

Blissey boasts an incredibly high base HP stat of 255, being the highest in the game. The Min/Max for it is 651/714, and that is shocking in itself. Whilst its base Defense stat is just a measly 10, it has an incredible base Special Defense stat of 135, easily making it the best Special wall in the game. Even with such low Defense, it's easy to make up for it, with a good partner such as Skarmory, Dusknoir, Rotom-A, etc.

- Blissey has a great movepool, with access to moves like Softboiled, Wish, Aromatherapy, Heal Bell, Toxic, Thunder Wave, and Seismic Toss.

- Although a gimmick, Defense Curl makes Blissey incredibly difficult to take down as after a single DC it raises its Defense by 50%.

- When in doubt, send out Blissey! Seriously, this thing can stop just about any Special Attacker. Choice Specs Lucario needs Focus Blast just to 2HKO Blissey.

- Easily fits on any team, making it a very common threat.

I would come up with some more, but I'm a bit tired at the time of posting this.
So, should Blissey be placed on Suspect/Ubers or not?
What are your thoughts?
